Qin Corporation.

"Mr. William, haven't you already met with President Qin? Is there something else you need here?"

Tang Keyi maintained his last shred of patience as he faced William, who was scrutinizing 
him without restraint.

Tang Keyi thought to himself, 

Could it be that he can't bear to part with Qin Zhiyan and wants to wait outside just to catch a few more glances of him?

William withdrew his scrutinizing gaze, thinking that this little assistant was indeed good-looking. 

He probably won Qin Zhiyan over with this face.

Instead of answering, 

William picked up the nameplate on the desk, glanced at it, and said

"Tang Keyi? Your name is quite cute."


Tang Keyi sneered inwardly. 

Your intentions have been exposed by me. Don't even think about trying to cozy up to me.


"Thank you so much for the compliment, Mr. William."

Feeling Tang Keyi's obvious hostility, William simply assumed he was upset on Qin Zhiyan's behalf.

Dissatisfied with William's preemptive acquisition of the New Trunk Line land.


"How about I offer you triple your salary to jump ship to my company?" 

William put down the nameplate and extended an olive branch to Tang Keyi.


As expected, I knew he had ulterior motives. 
With my skills, he still wants to poach me?

Han Qiuqiu became uncertain from Tang Keyi's words. 

He had been single for a while and was starting to doubt his own sensitivity to romantic matters.

Han Qiuqiu responded perfunctorily,

Tang Keyi looked at Han Qiuqiu and asked, 

"I heard Qin Yulin found a little actor as a boyfriend recently, named Song Ailun or something. I saw his entertainment news online before. His acting is pretty mediocre, but he's especially fond of spreading rumors. I noticed he's never played a lead role, but his rumors are more than the leads. Did you know about this?"


Han Qiuqiu's expression stiffened. 

"I know. It's spread all over the circle, right? Just looks like me. Everyone says Qin Yulin can't let go of me, so he found a substitute."

Tang Keyi felt a bit awkward. 

"So you knew. I was just worried about how to bring it up with you."

Tang Keyi immediately reacted. 


"Match or not? I say, *pah*! Who made that rule? Let them come out,  I'll teach them a good lesson. Are you saying the Chu family wants to matchmake Qin Zhiyan and Chu Minmin? But everyone in the capital knows Qin Zhiyan is with me now, right? So are they blatantly trying to steal from me?"
