Chapter 123 The Fickle Suisui Deserves Punishment

Overwhelming shame flushed Nian Jinsui’s face crimson in an instant, then the rosy hue rapidly spread across his entire body.

“Suisui, you’ve been naughty, so you deserve to be punished. Don’t be shy—you’ve hit me with a ruler before too, remember?”

“I only hit your hand!”

“Suisui once said that sometimes people have strange, sudden impulses, and that’s completely normal. So, since I want to do this, you’ll understand, right?”

As Qin Chengyu spoke, his hands never stopped moving.

“I don’t understand! You pervert! Let me go!”

Qin Chengyu pinned Nian Jinsui down firmly and demanded, “Suisui, tell me—what did you say to Chu Heting today? Was it the same as at the Imperial Tower before? Did you tell him you like him, that your heart belongs only to him, that you’d divorce me anytime if he’d have you? Was it?”

“I didn’t! Liang’an was there—how could I possibly say those things?” Nian Jinsui tried to push him away, but Qin Chengyu seized his wrists and twisted them behind his back.

“Suisui is lying again. So naughty. Ning Liang’an was even willing to cover for you, deliberately leaving you two alone. Suisui, you can’t keep being this fickle. You need to be punished.”

Two more sharp smacks of the ruler landed, and Nian Jinsui, humiliated and indignant, argued, “It’s because Liang’an trusts me! You’re the one who doesn’t!”

“Ning Liang’an has never heard you say those things, but I have—every word, like a knife to my heart, Suisui.”

Nian Jinsui fell silent. He knew there was no reasoning with Qin Chengyu. As for what Chu Heting had said to him—even if he wanted to explain, the system wouldn’t let him!

He struggled desperately, but his body was weak, making it impossible to break free from Qin Chengyu’s grip. Instead, his shirt rode up slightly, revealing the two delicate, dimpled hollows at the small of his back.

Instantly, Qin Chengyu’s breathing grew ragged. “Suisui… do you know what I like?”

“What?” Nian Jinsui didn’t understand, but the next second, his flushed face darkened even further.

Because he felt it—a searing heat against his lower back. Qin Chengyu’s hand…

Qin Chengyu’s long fingers traced slow, deliberate circles over the twin dimples, as if he couldn’t get enough.

His gaze traveled down from Nian Jinsui’s nape like a beast surveying its territory—hungry, possessive, blazing with intensity.

The slender waist, the pert curve of his backside, the long, toned legs.

This sinuous line was nothing short of lethal—a blade to the heart, a poison to the soul.

Qin Chengyu’s throat moved as desire flooded his eyes, boundless and all-consuming.

He wanted to kiss every inch of him, mark him from head to toe.

Make him scream. Make him cry. Make him tremble. Make him beg.

The thought was too much. Qin Chengyu tossed the ruler aside, flipped Nian Jinsui over, and hauled him straight to the bedroom.

Nian Jinsui felt like a fish on a chopping board—utterly helpless.

Why did things always end up like this?

What had he even done wrong?

At this point, he didn’t even want to explain anymore.

He was exhausted. He was wronged. He was heartbroken.

He’d treated Qin Chengyu so well—why did Qin Chengyu have to treat him like this?

Resentment and misery swelled in his chest, and as Qin Chengyu leaned over him, Nian Jinsui suddenly raised his hand and slapped him—hard.

“Smack!”

The sharp sound seemed to freeze the air itself. Qin Chengyu hadn’t expected the blow and went completely still, staring at Nian Jinsui in shock.

He’d made his Suisui cry again…

“Qin Chengyu, you’re a bastard! I hate you! I don’t like you at all!” Nian Jinsui shouted, his voice breaking with sobs.

Qin Chengyu panicked instantly. All his earlier desires evaporated as he frantically wiped at Nian Jinsui’s tears—only for them to fall faster.

Nian Jinsui’s crying grew louder, as if he were pouring out every grievance he’d ever held inside.

Qin Chengyu had suffered, but so had he!

He was supposed to be an Alpha, but he’d suddenly become an Omega, forced to play the role of a tragic, villainous side character.

He’d worked so hard to complete his missions, tiptoeing around just to survive—was it easy for him?

Had he not treated Qin Chengyu well?

Now he’d even gotten himself trapped, yet Qin Chengyu didn’t trust him, bullied him, forced him—who could he even complain to?

“Qin Chengyu… why… why do you have to bully me…?” His voice trembled, his words fragmented between hiccuping sobs. “I’ve been so good to you… I hate you… I refuse to like you…”

“Suisui, don’t hate me, okay? I was wrong. I won’t do it again. Suisui… don’t leave me. Don’t hate me…”

Helpless against Nian Jinsui’s torrent of tears, Qin Chengyu could only apologize and beg.

It wasn’t until Nian Jinsui’s voice grew hoarse from crying that he finally began to quiet down. Glancing at Qin Chengyu—who, for once, looked almost docile—he asked in a raspy, tear-thickened voice, “Will you listen to me now?”

“I will, I will. Suisui, say whatever you want.” Qin Chengyu nodded eagerly.

Nian Jinsui sat up, grabbed a few tissues from the nightstand, and blew his nose loudly before speaking.

“I do want to study the violin further, but I haven’t decided on a school yet. As for whether I’ll go abroad, I haven’t even thought about it. I was just researching because I majored in international business—I know nothing about music schools.”

Qin Chengyu relaxed slightly, but then Nian Jinsui added coldly:

“But Qin Chengyu, I’m warning you—if you ever bully me like this again, I will leave. And unless you’re prepared to make sure the Nian family never finds me, you’d better behave!”

Nian Jinsui had had enough!

He’d pitied Qin Chengyu too much, always wanting to take care of him—and look where it got him! From now on, he wasn’t going to indulge Qin Chengyu anymore!

The threat didn’t actually intimidate Qin Chengyu—after all, he did have the means to ensure the Nian family would never find Nian Jinsui, to make sure he could never escape. But these twisted, obsessive thoughts were better left unspoken.

Still, Qin Chengyu yielded. Because he loved seeing Nian Jinsui like this—willful, defiant, alive. Deep down, he truly wanted Nian Jinsui to be happy.

So no matter how many dark, possessive desires raged inside him, the moment Nian Jinsui got angry, he couldn’t help but surrender.

Softening his tone, he asked, “Suisui, if you wanted to study the violin, why didn’t you discuss it with me? I could have helped you choose the right school.”
